SovernCommand Terms of Service

SovernCommand, at app.soverncommand.ai, is operated by INSIDERLIFE LLC. In these Terms, "SovernCommand," "we," and "us" refer to INSIDERLIFE LLC.
1. Early access
SovernCommand is in early access. Access is limited to members who have been enrolled, and features and availability may change. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, subject to applicable law.
2. Acceptance
By creating a SovernCommand account and using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the SovernCommand Privacy Policy.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use SovernCommand for any unlawful purpose, or to violate any law or regulation;
- bypass, disable or interfere with the service's security, limits or access controls;
- access another member's account, data or session;
- use the service to create content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others.
5. Your content and AI output
You keep your rights in what you submit. You give SovernCommand the license needed to process, store and transmit it in order to provide the service to you. Where a feature requires it, this includes sending it to an AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. Evaluate it before you rely on it.
6. Connected services
When you connect a service such as Google, SovernCommand acts in it only within the permissions you grant and only for the features you use. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Connections. Your use of a connected service is also subject to that service's own terms.
7. Credits and charges
Some features use credits or carry a charge. Before a charged operation runs, its estimated cost is checked against your entitlement and limits, and it is refused rather than run if it would exceed them. What you are charged is recorded against the operation that produced it.
8. The development seat and Societi
- If you take a development seat, the work it does runs only under the authority you explicitly give. You can pause or revoke that authority at any time.
- Contributions are not cash. Nothing economic is promised for a contribution unless and until a governed economic event provides for it.
- Societi is a separate protocol. SovernCommand shows it to you but does not control it.
9. Availability
We do not currently commit to a specific uptime or availability level.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, or if continued access would put the service or other members at risk. You may stop using SovernCommand at any time.
11. Intellectual property
SovernCommand's software, design and branding belong to its operator. These Terms give you no right to them beyond using the service as intended.
12. Disclaimers
SovernCommand is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SovernCommand is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid for SovernCommand in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
15. Changes
When these Terms change, a new version and effective date are published here. Earlier versions stay available at this address with ?version= followed by the version date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
